The 18,000 sq ft area includes offices, sorting systems, operations areas, and a warehouse and can sort up to 8,500 packages per hour. The facility uses solar-generated electricity from the airport operator and a variable refrigerant volume (VRV) cooling system that reduces electricity consumption by an estimated 15%.
