WHY ACADEMY OF CHANGE?

Every newcomer or an immigrant, like me, struggle with adapting to a new culture
and situation. Since I have overcome the fear of change, I am stronger and
happier. I have the unique skills to share with newcomers/immigrants to accept
change and embrace it. We are here with new strategies and techniques to assist
newcomers/immigrants to MOVE with baby steps to make these changes happen.
In our academy, we firmly believe one strategy does not work for all. Our
approach is not a “cookie cutter”! Each newcomer/immigrant designs their goals
based on their own way of adapting to change.

At the Academy of Change, our mission is to enhance the positive social impact
on the lives of newcomers/immigrants through discovering the skills that enable
