(see below) Confidentiality and Security Safeguards TruScore takes technical, contractual, administrative and physical steps to protect against unauthorized access to, and disclosure of, personal identifiable information (PII). Cookies The TruScore site makes use of a technology called session-only cookies. These cookies are deleted after the web survey session is over. External Links TruScore is not responsible for the privacy policies of web sites to which TruScore web site may link or for those of any downstream linkages. Data Privacy Framework (European Union, United Kingdom and Switzerland) The Booth Company, Inc. (dba “TruScore”) is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). TruScore complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework program (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework program (Swiss-U.S. DPF) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce.
