ABOUT FWCMS

FWCMS is a holistic and integrated solutions which allows the overall process of
recruiting migrant workers reduced significantly. The solution eliminates all
manual and time consuming processes with an integrated and online process.
All application processes can be done online and employers can perform all
transaction anytime from the comfort of their office.

The system addresses the issue on leakages or corruption in the existing system
by having an automated and online process with very minimum physical
interactions to avoid chances for corruption to happen.

Due to the system robustness, FWCMS is capable to address concerns raised by ILO
and TIP report in order to protect the welfare and interest of the migrant
workers.

EQUOTA

It allows employers to apply quota and government to verify and approve the
application online.

EEMBASSY

It allows the High Commission of Source Country’s Embassy (HC) to view the
attestation application submitted by the employer.

ERECRUITMENT

Portal for Recruitment Agencies (RA) in the source country to register and
assign a worker for medical screening.

BIO – MEDICAL

A module to ensure the right worker underwent the medical is the one who
departed from the labour sending country and entered the labour receiving
country.

EVDR

It allows an employer to apply Calling Visa (foreign workers, foreign domestic
helper and security officers) and make payment online via Online Payment.

BIO-MEDICAL VERIFICATION (BMV)

A module to ensure the right worker underwent the medical is the one who
departed from the labour sending country and entered the labour receiving
country.

EWORKER RUNAWAY

It facilitates the employers to lodge worker absconded report to the Immigration
in the event of their worker has run away.

EPL(KS)

It allows employers to apply work permit renewal for the desired workers whose
work permit nearly expired as early as three months.
