DESCRIPTION

Whaler 259 is a one bedroom/one bath partial ocean view condominium located on
the 2nd floor on the south side of Tower II. This unit does offer a view of the
ocean while sitting outside on the lanai. From inside, you have a great deal of
privacy with the unit facing out to the lush foliage separating the property
from Whalers Village. Master bedroom has a King size bed, living room has a
Queen size sofa sleeper, to accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably. 
Complimentary washer and dryers located next to the elevators.

All units feature full kitchens, full baths, central air conditioning, and a
large private lanai (balcony).

Minimum stay requirement is 4 nights. However shorter stays may be available. We
will do our best to accommodate you. We have many comparable condos should this
one not be available.  You have the assurance of having an on island manager
with over 30 years of experience to make sure you have the very best vacation
experience.

Daily Resort Fee: $33/day plus tax; and on April 1, 2025 it will increase to
$35/day.  This covers parking and all resort amenities and is payable upon
arrival at the front desk.

Check-in 4pm, Check-out 10am.

NOTICE:  Tower One will be undergoing a spalling and paint project from August
19, 2024 thru March 3, 2025. This will not affect this unit in Tower Two.
However, you may see scaffolding in various locations on Tower One. For more
information, visit our our Property Notifications page to keep up to date on the
project.

*** In accordance with Hawaii's "Smoke Free" law, The Whaler is a non-smoking
resort. Guests may not smoke in the individual condominiums, nor on the lanais,
nor in any common areas. ***

sponge with scrubber; several rolls of toilet tissue, kleenex, hotel-size bar
soap, shampoo, and lotion.  Please note that the starter kit items are not
replenished.

This place was great!  Centrally located, right on the beach with nice kitchen,
larger than expected unit and within walking distance to many other hotels,
black rock (which is great for snorkeling) and Whaler Village.

We just returned home from this vacation rental. Great property. Friendly/easy
mgmt. Traveled with our two teens. The unit is spacious. We rented an extra cot
so our kids didn't have to share the pullout. Plenty of room to accommodate the
cot. The unit is cozy. The kitchen has lots of extras to save $ while in Maui. I
baked cookies one afternoon. The grill area is great! We watched the staff
meticulously clean the common areas every am. Impressive how well they care of
this place. Someone else said one flight of stairs and your on the beach, true!
Great walking to many amenities! Our teens snorkeled and saw turtles right from
the beach. Dolphins and whales too. Cliff jumping was happening, 2-minute walk
down the beach. Great space for the $ in Maui.
