WELCOME TO LIGHTEN WITH LUCY!

 I am Lucy Dadlani, M.Ed., Certified Life Coach, Weight Loss Coach, and Meetup
Organizer.




My mission is to spread the message of HOPE  to all who are struggling with
heaviness of any kind.  No matter how dark your path is, there is always light
to guide you to a better life.  




Whether you are here for divorce recovery, or to build meaningful relationships,
or to release burdensome weight, I can help you. 




It’s probably hard for you to imagine life beyond the extreme pain and heaviness
you’ve been carrying.  I’m here to tell you that you can change your life amidst
your circumstances. I know these struggles firsthand, and I have worked hard to
overcome them.  My experience, education, and training have empowered me to
rebuild my life and to help hundreds of others rebuild theirs. 




I’ve brought understanding and perspective to my clients beyond what many
thought would have been possible, and I can bring that understanding to you.
 Whether we work together one-on-one or in a group setting, I will help you
every step of the way.
