Life can be tough at times. It can throw us curve balls, stopping us in our
tracks unsure how to move forward, or finding ourselves going down the wrong
path. This can leave us feeling a range of unpleasant thoughts, feelings and
sensations that affect how we feel about ourselves, each other, and our
relationships. As a result, we can find it hard to cope and enjoy life.

It is a brave decision to seek counselling, and it is completely normal to feel
anxious and unsure of what to expect. It is my job to make you feel safe and
supported by providing a comfortable and trusting environment, enabling us to
work through the issues and achieve your goals. My approach combines
professionalism, honesty, warmth and humour, without judgement. I work with
adolescents and adults.



MY APPROACH

During the first session, I will spend time getting to know you and what has
brought you to counselling. We will then identify what the goals of therapy will
be, and together, build a strong therapuetic relationship in order to help you
achieve these. I will take into consideration who you are as a person, what your
needs are and tailor an individual approach.
