St. Charles has been serving the needs of local seniors for sixty years. We
offer a full range of services on our beautiful campus that can accommodate the
complex needs of aging seniors. Whether you need Personal Care services or just
a support system to handle some daily tasks, like housekeeping and cooking , we
have a solution for you.

That’s why we offer a full range of services to accommodate everyone. 
PERSONAL CARE AT THE HOMESTEAD

Our beautifully designed households offer gracious living options for seniors
who need a helping hand.  The Homestead offers compassionate care with an
emphasis on wellness, dignity, comfort and security.
SENIOR LIVING AT THE VILLAGE AND LODGE

Independent Living at the Village and Lodge offer the perfect balance of
independence and security, knowing help is available if and when you need it.

CHARLIE'S CLUB ADULT DAY PROGRAM

Charlie's Club provides daytime companionship, structure, meals and respite for
caregivers.  Our support includes medication administration, wellness exercises,
recreational programs, and access to therapeutic services.

REHABILITATION

We offer outpatient rehabilitation services that include speech, occupational
and physical therapies. These can be used by our residents, but also any seniors
in the Northern Kentucky area in need of outpatient therapy. 

St. Charles Community can provide a comfortable solution for you, no matter what
level of independence you desire.

At St. Charles, we want to help our residents stay connected with their families
and friends.  To help make these connections easier, we have introduced
LifeLoop, a web-based platform  and mobile app that provides you with an inside
look at what’s happening each day.  Stay "in the loop" with updates,
photo-sharing, activity involvement and communication with staff.
