Was once a groundbreaking, reliable service; now it's ***t. Data breaches, buggy
app and buggy web plugin have knocked it down to a shadow of it's former self. I
rarely write reviews, but I've been with this service for about a decade, and it
has slid so far...very disappointing. A message to the company: get back to your
core value proposition - tight security and software that "just works." Fix the
friggin bugs for crying out loud. I would have switched many months ago if it
wasn't such a pain

Was Great, Now Tolerable Between the innumerable security breaches, the
multitude of security wonks recommending against it, and the plethora of other
password manage services, it's nearly impossible to recommend this app, but I
still use it because I dragged my in-laws onto it a decade ago and it will be
hell to teach them a new password manager. As a result, I can't compare it
against other apps. I do like its ability to adding users as account manager or
user under the family plan.

I just downloaded the Chrome browser extension for lastpass again on a Msft
surface pro 7. It told me that the extension would not be supported soon and
offered to show me other apps! I tried to send feedback about this to Lastpass
but the only options to contact them are for sales or support! I have been a
customer for over 10 years and put up with all of the growing pains and even
stayed when most people bailed after the big security breaches. If they don't
allow feedback, I will be moving on.
