full-service package to you whereby we can do the marketing for you through
Airbnb. We load all of the information and photos onto the site and manage the
bookings for you.

It really is the case of handing it over and we will handle absolutely
everything. We feel it’s incredibly important to get off to the right start with
the guests who are renting your villa. This starts in the reservations stage. We
have much correspondence with them prior to their arrival. This covers any
requests they may have, bedding configurations, arrival times etc… We ensure the
house is warm and inviting on arrival.

From the end of 2013, Aaron and Bridget Murphy have taken over the ownership and
management of the Touch of Spice Property Management Division (now Queenstown
Luxury Property Management). For property owners, this means that all property
management, maintenance and cleaning responsibilities are under one roof….that
of Aaron and Bridget Murphy. Aaron is very hands-on, which means that all but
major or very technical matters can be fixed by Aaron on the spot, without
owners having to wait for an expensive call out to a tradesperson. Aaron also
has the testing equipment and chemicals required to treat spa pools, which is
also very helpful, not to mention, a significant cost saving. Aaron is a
pleasure to work with. He is very responsive and reliable and proactive with
ideas to solve problems. Bridget and her team are doing an excellent job looking
after the cleaning of our apartment. Bridget too is very proactive with
suggestions to improve the overall running of the apartment, and with ways, we
can enhance the appearance of the apartment, and also save money. For us at the
Lordens Penthouse, it has been a real plus for the owners to have our property
maintenance and cleaning handled by one organisation. It had made our running of
the property so much easier. The fact that Aaron and Bridget are such a pleasure
to work with helps a great deal as well.

It is always such a delight to return to our home away from home in Queenstown.
Every time we return it is as clean and fresh as when we left – thanks entirely
to Bridget, Aaron and their team. Aaron ensures everything is in working order
and Bridget and her team keep our sanctuary immaculate, using environmentally
friendly, chemical-free cleaning products, leaving no trace of our equally happy
guests who have visited whilst we have been away. Aaron and Bridget are flexible
and accommodating and a pleasure to deal with.

Aaron and Bridget Murphy of QLPM have been overseeing our Queenstown property
since 2015. The property is being operated as a vacation let so needs to have
someone available at the end of a telephone 24/7 should there be a hassle
experienced by the guests. Aaron and Bridget have not failed to respond when
required which has resulted in a very positive review on Trip Advisor. Aaron and
Bridget answer their phone whenever I call or return any messages promptly. My
most favoured feature of Aaron in particular is his ‘voice of reason and support
when others might have ideas that would be superb but equally impractical or
unnecessarily expensive. While I have been dealing with QLPM for less than a
year, I am confident that we will continue to enjoy a harmonious relationship,
going forward.
