SMA Healthcare has been providing exceptional behavioral healthcare to
individuals living with addiction, mental illness or both for over 60 years.
SMA provides a wide array of services to individuals in Citrus, Flagler, Marion,
Putnam, St. Johns and Volusia Counties. Our services are client-oriented and
tailored to meet each individual’s unique needs.

Services vary by location, so please contact our 24/7SMA Helpline at
800-539-4228 for more information. Service enrollment for new clients can be
scheduled Monday-Friday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Many of our programs accept Medicaid or
other insurances. Hours of operation at our outpatient locations are Monday
through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

they were right there ready to assist by linking and referring a family in need

left your program. I thought I’d lost him and SMA guided me and my brother and
made the transition smooth for a new chapter in my brother’s life. With a
lifetime of awful stuff. How marvelous you made the meaning of life matter to

are putting in place so my son has a place to rehab. I am a firm believer in the
12-step program after watching my daughter complete the program and is now clean

as much, she is not hanging around the same “bad crowd,” she is coming home
“before curfew,” and her grades have improved dramatically and she is attending

counselors for everything they did.”

compassion and respect. My sister is now doing very well and I am impressed with
