OUR ACCESSIBILITY POLICY


WE TAKE ACCESSIBILITY SERIOUSLY

At ElectriX, we work hard to make sure there are no barriers in our products and
services. We want everyone to have equal access to our website, whatever your
abilities or disabilities. We follow best-practice accessibility guidelines,
like WCAG and ISO 30071-1. And we aim for WCAG 2.1 Level AA wherever we can. 


ADAPT YOUR EXPERIENCE 

We’ve tried to create a usable website, but you might get a better experience if
you customise it. For example, you could get the website spoken to you, change

LIMITATIONS OF THE SITE’S ACCESSIBILITY

We aim to make sure all pages of this website meet level AA of the Web Content
Accessibility Guidelines 2.1. As the site is regularly updated, we test new
areas via expert accessibility testing, using representative assistive
technologies used by our users. We’ve also conducted testing with users with
disabilities. We’re aware that some newer areas of the site currently have some
accessibility limitations, for example you tube videos and we’re currently
working to address these to uphold WCAG 2.1 AA.


NO JARGON

We’ve used plain English best practice and writing-for-web techniques. We’ve
tried to get rid of confusing technical jargon or explain what it means if we do
include it.
