be fulfilled right away. If you have 0 refills remaining, your veterinarian will
simply need to approve your request before the order is fulfilled. You will not
be charged until your veterinarian has approved your order.

If your pet is experiencing an emergency and it is outside of business hours,

How can I purchase prescription items? How do I get a prescription from my
veterinarian?



Prescription items must be approved by your veterinarian before an order can be
filled. When you add a prescription item to cart and checkout, your veterinarian
will be notified and will determine if they will approve and provide a
prescription for your order, or deny your request. You will not be charged until
your veterinarian has approved your order. If you would like to receive a copy
of your prescription from your veterinarian, please call your veterinarian
directly.

How do I know if my veterinarian has approved a refill or new prescription that
I requested?



If your pet had a valid prescription on file when you placed your order, your
order went through right away.

If you requested a new prescription or additional refills on an existing
prescription, your veterinarian will first have to approve your order before it
goes through for fulfillment. You will be notified via text message or email
when your order has been approved. You may also check your order status by
logging into your account and viewing the Orders page.
