through September 30th, please do so immediately. The State of Michigan is required to record activity to appropriately document expenses in the correct fiscal year. If you are unable to submit an invoice, please
reach out to your agency contact, located on the Purchase Order/Delivery Order/Delivery Order (DOIT1) Information Technology/Contract for guidance in submitting an estimate of services to be provided through
