POLAND SHIPPING
In stock items
All in stock orders will be shipped within 48 - 72 hours, unless the order is
placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. The order will be shipped via Economy
shipping. However, you can upgrade your shipping. You will receive a
confirmation email and your tracking information as soon as the package is
shipped.
Poland Sourced Items
These products are sourced from several high-quality vendors and manufactories
within the Poland. This allows us to offer our Beauties great quality at an
inexpensive and reasonable price. We ship from multiple warehouses, throughout
the U.S. Our ETA varies from 7-14 business days. Please order accordingly.
Internationally Sourced Items
We source several of our products from several high-quality vendors and
manufactories within India, Europe, Asia, and Africa. This allows us to offer
our Beauties great quality at an inexpensive and reasonable price. We ship from
multiple warehouses, through out many countries. Our ETA varies from 14 - 20
business days. These product have been noted to assist you with your purchase.
Please order accordingly.
Pre-orders will ship on or before the estimated shipping date. Please review the
items description for the estimated shipping dates. If there are any shipping
delays you will be notified.
Custom orders/Personalized orders or items made to order generally take 3-5
business days to process and 5-10 business days to ship. Please note during the
holiday season there may be processing and shipping delays. We will do our best
to keep you informed.

Return Policy
Returns
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receipt for a full refund
minus the return shipping fee and minus any coupons and/or discounts. If the
return is due to a PNK error or the item is damaged/defective, the return
shipping charge is waived.
Other than defective items, all merchandise must be in its original condition
(unwashed, unworn, & price tickets attached). Sale items and items marked as
"Final Sale" are not eligible for returns. Due to the intimate nature & hygienic
standards, lingerie, bodysuits, leggings, biker shorts, socks & shapewear are
not eligible for returns.
Additional non-returnable items:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons
not due to our error.
Personalized/customized items made to the requirements of the customer is
non-returnable. If due to our error there is a customization or personalization
error, the item is returnable.
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. This includes items marked as sale
item, bundle items or items purchased during a flash sale. These items
are FINAL SALE. Bodysuits, leggings and biker shorts are FINAL SALE.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We accept exchanges if the item is available and in stock. If you need to
exchange an item click here to to request your exchange.
Shipping
To return your product click here to to request your return. Pack your return
in the original package, if possible. You will an approval if your product is
eligible for a return and a return label with the return mailing address.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to
reach you, may vary.
Effective March 14, 2023, all return labels provided by PNK Boutique will
include insurance to protect packages from theft or loss.
* Please note: shipping and handling charges and return mail charges are not
refundable. Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund balance.
Coupon code adjustment: We offer a one-time coupon code adjustment within 1
hour, if you forget to enter your coupon code. This does not apply to new
promotions or sales after your purchase. Contact us within 1 hour of placing
your order, and please have your billing information, order number and the
coupon code on hand.
Order Not Delivered or Returned to Sender
In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be
a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund it will be
minus the restocking fee and shipping cost.
Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order.
