OFFICIAL HOTEL RESERVATIONS



Winter Fancy Food Show has partnered with onPeak to secure reduced-rate hotel
rooms to make your trip to Las Vegas affordable. Through the travel experts at
onPeak, rooms are available on a first come, first-served basis. Book early for
best selection and price.

Working with onPeak, we have been able to secure the best rates in the city, but
rooms will go fast. If you do not see a property on the list of options, it is
because it is either sold out, of poor quality or the rates have been deemed
unreasonable.


BEWARE OF UNAUTHORIZED HOTEL SOLICITATIONS

Note that onPeak is the only official housing company associated with our event.
While other hotel resellers may contact you offering housing for your trip, they
are not endorsed by or affiliated with the show. Beware that entering into
financial agreements with non-endorsed companies can have costly consequences.

SFA POLICY ON EXHIBITOR MEETING ROOMS AT HOTELS

There are meeting rooms available for exhibitor rental at the convention center.
Specialty Food Association (SFA) will, approve meetings to take place at area
hotels within the Fancy Food Show block based on the policy below. Please note
that first and foremost, SFA requires exhibitors to showcase their products in
their booth, not outside of the convention center, and will therefore not
approve rentals that allow exhibitors to create an extension of their booth
elsewhere.
The following meeting room policy applies:

 * SFA has meetings rooms available for rent at the convention center.
 * SFA-contracted hotels may have meeting rooms available but use of these rooms
   are subject to the approval of SFA Management. If an exhibitor is interested
   in getting approval to rent a hotel meeting room, please coordinate with
   Jennifer Carney, jcarney@specialtyfood.com who can provide a contact list of
   hotels with meeting room space.
 * General rules for Hotel Meeting Rental Requests
   * Meeting room requests will only be approved for the days prior to the first
     show day (Sunday); after the last show day (Tuesday); after 5pm during
     Sunday and Monday show days; or after 4pm during Tuesday show day.
   * SFA reserves the right to decline any meeting room request.
   * Meeting room request is an agreement solely between the exhibitor and
     hotel.

This policy is subject to change.
