policy comes in. If you're dissatisfied with your Ballard purchase for any
reason, you can return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or

30 days. If you're not satisfied, we will refund the purchase price AND shipping

WHAT TO EXPECT FOR TRUCK DELIVERIES

1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner
to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could
impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

* Proof of insurance requirements
* Multiple flights of stairs
* Service elevator restrictions
3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways,
stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired

minutes prior to arriving at your home.
5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any
fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery

WHAT TO EXPECT FOR TRUCK DELIVERIES

1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner
to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could
impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
* Narrow roads
* Restricted delivery times
* Gated entrances
* Proof of insurance requirements
* Multiple flights of stairs
* Service elevator restrictions
3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways,
stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired
location.
4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30
minutes prior to arriving at your home.
5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any
fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery
provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required.
If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse
the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Very classy lamp. Purchased 2 lamp bases for either side of king bed, then
paired them with Ballard’s black rectangular shades to compliment my antique
Asian wall art which is matted in black. No problem reading with dark shade;
using standard 30-70-100 bulb. Tall lamp; makes a statement. White ceramic
base is a true white. Perfect choice if your room is needing a little Asian
flair.
