Learn how Ochsner staff can earn a flexible college degree for career
advancement! Join a virtual information session about Trellis.


ABOUT THIS EVENT

Are you hoping to advance your career pathway with Ochsner, but are in need of a
college degree for promotion?

Ochsner is excited to announce its continued education partnership with Trellis,
a new way to do college, designed to make a degree attainable and affordable for
working adults.

A non-profit college program developed right here in New Orleans, Trellis’
mission is to make college a reality for working adults! They have designed a
fast-paced, flexible, and affordable college degree experience. Trellis students
embark on a competency-based, fully accredited AA or BA degree path from
Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU), a non-profit national leader in online
education. Trellis students work on their degree around their own schedules,
never needing to attend lecture classes or take scheduled exams.

Along with SNHU’s online degree program, Trellis students will receive local
support every step of the way, from initial application and financial aid
assistance, to college completion advising and career coaching as both a student
and a Trellis alumnus.

If you’re interested in learning more and hopeful to join Ochsner co-workers on
your current degree journey, please register for a virtual information session
from 12:00 PM - 12:45 PM on Wednesday, August 3rd. Please pre-register if you’re
planning to attend.  We will share a Zoom link to join prior to the information
session.
