1 INTRODUCTION

It is an honor to have been invited to write the introduction, and an incredible
pleasure to lead the Board of Advisors. I clearly believe that we can empower
people to do magical things in this life. This is my inspiration for this new
challenging. The NFT Games industry and other creative things that use the power
of blockchain, does not respect the standards, and only follow the trend of
digital transformation. This is a critical time for the industry and a huge
challenging for CryptoNitro. We need to move without any mistake! We will
structure and work towards a project to reach a level that no NFT Game has
reached until now. We will release a Game that will have a competitive scenario,
skill-based gameplay, and a whole market of collectible skins. CryptoNitro,
we’re undoubtedly a different company! We want to be unique, irreverent and a
reference. We are proud to have one of the most innovated, talented,
hardworking, and passionate teams of the world. For sure, we will always be
faithful to our vision, values and mission, showing a highest respect and true
commitment for the entire ecosystem and its stakeholders. Together, we will Make
History with our Company, serving our Employees, Community and Partners with
renewed purpose and clear focus for future success for many years to come.
