What is the difference between virtual staging and traditional staging?

Great question. Traditional staging is the process of moving rented furniture
into the house, while Virtual Staging is the process of adding virtual furniture
to photographs. 

Picture It’s expert designers ensure our Virtual Staging is as realistic as
possible, with accurate shadows, angles and more. Just check out our Gallery!

On top of the simplicity and ease of Virtual Staging, there are significant cost
benefits. Traditional staging, on average, costs 20 times more than Virtual
Staging from Picture It. 

How many rooms should I stage?

Typically, our clients stage 4-6 photos. These include the: living room, dining
room, master bedroom, game room, study/office and guest bedroom.

Can you remove existing furniture?

We sure can. If you need existing furniture removed, please select either our
Picture It Gold or Premiere service as the Picture It Silver package does not
include furniture removal.

Can you change floors, walls, counters, and cabinets?

Absolutely! We can change almost anything in your photos with our Picture It
Premiere service. Whether you want to change the wall color, cabinet color or
even take down or add a wall. 

Can I get exact furniture pieces?

While we cannot always match exact furniture requests, we do our best to find a
similar piece of furniture to what was requested. When placing your order,
upload any reference photos of furniture, or style, in the upload area.

How long does staging take?

After the order is placed, you should expect to get your photos back within 24
hours. 

What if I would like to change something after delivery?

No problem. We offer free revisions on all of our services. Go to our Contact Us
page to start the revision process. 

Are my photos good enough to be virtually staged?

We can work with most photos. Feel free to send us your photos through our
Contact form so we can review them before you order. 

How long do you store my photos for?

The edited, staged photos will be accessible from the order details page for 24
months. As for the original photos, we generally don’t keep those as long. We
recommend that you store both the original and the edited photos on your own
computer.
