seen what he did and that they were calling 911 he attempted to flee the scene
still driving drunk.  Quickly apprehended by the State Police and charged with
3rd Degree Assault for injuring his wife he was ordered to submit to a
Breathalyzer Test in which he refused to submit to. His Daddy Bruce Chambers
