efficiently. The program offers features like splitting, fade in and out, edge
setting, AudioClip moving, and more. When applying filters, panning, or changing

you get a prompt to create a directory. This directory will be the place where
all your tracks will get saved, so it’s important to choose a drive that has
enough disk space.

After creating a directory, you’ll come across the main window consisting of

first need to upload files to the directory before importing them onto the
dashboard. You can drag and drop the file into the audio editor and click on the
Q key to get started. You can use the green line as the primary position guide
to help you during playback.


CONTEXTUAL MENU

Traverso DAW features a contextual menu, which means that for the program to
function, you must use both the computer’s mouse and keyboard together. When you
do this, you get better flexibility and efficiency, with limited interaction.
That said, using the mouse and keyboard in conjunction may seem difficult in the
beginning, but you can get all the help you need from the Traverso DAW user
manual.

While the mouse opens a few options, you can perform various actions and add
multiple effects using keyboard shortcuts. For instance, to split files, you
need to press the X key. You can drag files using the D key, fade-out tracks
using the H and G keys together, and open the context menu by clicking on the Q
key. Once you learn their functions, you can easily edit audio tracks at the
maximum possible speed.
