     perfect person for the job! Great attitude! Super friendly! And made my

     WORSE HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER
     
     This is the only hotel that don't recognize that you are a Marriott Bonvoy
     member. They even told me that I don't get benefit for being a member. I
     made my reservation thru Marriott Bonvoy and yet they stuck us in a room
     that is not I requested and a dirty bath tub. I am so so so
     disappointed??????!!!!!

     100° weather and no AC. No overnight engineer to fix it. AC was not fixed
     until the next morning. I didn’t get the guys name at work at the front
     desk but he possesses zero hospitality skills. Bartender is slow as hell
     and cannot keep up with the number of people that ordered food and drinks.
     Very strange experience and I will never come back to this location again.

     EXCELLENT SERVICE AND GREAT LOCATION
     
     Located centrally in OC - near airport, great restaurants and highways.
     Quite location. Lobby bar was too brightly lit at night but their outdoor
     fire pit area was really nice to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of a busy
