Approaching Authenticity: Life presents many challenges and changes that can
feel like barriers to our true selves. Whether struggling to cope with major
life changes, difficulty managing mood, substance abuse issues, sense of self,
relationships, or "feeling OK in my our own skin," we can all benefit from a
therapeutic relationship. My role is to help people find perspective, empower
people to take steps to make positive change, and provide a safe, supportive
atmosphere that is free of judgment.  
I am a Psychotherapist and Counselor specializing in working with adults with
various life challenges. My approach is client-centered, strength perspective,
and I work to create a therapeutic relationship in which the client(s) can
discover and take actions appropriate to improve functioning in one’s life. My
methods are founded on a variety of clinical orientations including Cognitive
Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing/Enhancement, Dialectal Behavioral
Therapy, and Gestalt Therapy. In addition to individual therapy, I have
extensive experience as a group facilitator and couples counselor as well as
working with diverse client populations. 

Please note that the practice is full and unable to take new clients at this
time.

Due to Covid-19, I am only doing telehealth at this time.
