AS A WOMAN IN MY MIDDLE YEARS, MY PASSION LIES IN UNDERSTANDING THE INTRICATE CONNECTIONS BETWEEN BODY, HEART, MIND AND SPIRIT, SO WE MAY LIVE WITH VITALITY, EASE AND GRACE. FLOW WITH ME Our middle years is the journey home to ourselves, and our innate wisdom is the guiding beacon. Reclaiming trust and knowledge in who we are is so important, and I empower women to flow through (peri)menopause with awareness and intention. As a multi-disciplinary and trauma-informed practitioner, I know when we understand the energy of our nature we can integrate aspects of ourself into wholeness. Fusing ancient wisdom with modern knowledge, I offer 1:1 sessions, and workshops that unite the physical, emotional and spiritual — integrating movement and breath with heart and soul to rewild us home. Because when we rewild we reconnect, and when we reconnect we remember who we are — the creator and healer of our Self, and of the World. This is the power of our wisdom years. More about me.
