TERMS AND CONDITIONS/PROGRAM RULES

Memberships to Things Remembered Rewards Club may be purchased for $5 per 12
months of membership only at any Things Remembered retail store, online at
ThingsRemembered.com, or by phone with Things Remembered Customer Care or a
Rewards Club Priority Gift Advisor. A unique and valid email address is required
to join.

Rewards Club members earn 1 Rewards Point for every $1 spent only at Things
Remembered retail locations, on ThingsRemembered.com or over the phone with
Things Remembered Customer Care or a Rewards Club Priority Gift Advisor. Rewards
Points are earned on merchandise and personalization purchases, less tax,
shipping and handling, any discounts (including Rewards Checks) and Rewards Club
membership fees. Rewards Checks are earned in $5 increments for every 50 Rewards
Points earned. Rewards Checks are issued monthly, at which time, the member’s
Rewards Points balance over 50 will automatically deduct in 50 point increments,
and be applied toward a corresponding Rewards Check value. There is no limit to
the amount of Rewards Points a member may earn, but the maximum monthly Rewards
Check value issued to a member is $200. In following months, Rewards Checks will
be issued, subject to the monthly $200 maximum, until member’s earned Rewards
Points reaches a balance less than 50. Rewards Club Checks expire 90 days after
issue date.

Rewards Club Rewards Checks may only be used toward one-time purchases of Things
Remembered merchandise and personalization at retail locations, online or by
phone. The Rewards Check number is required for redemption. No change or refund
will be given, whether in the form of cash or credits, when using a Rewards
Check. Rewards Checks may not be applied to store charges or personalization
certificates. Rewards Checks are not transferable.

Rewards Points remain active in the member's account during 12-month membership
and will be applied toward their next Rewards Check. When current Rewards Club
membership is renewed, membership will be extended an additional 12 full months
from the current membership expiration date, and any unused Rewards Points will
remain in the account for an additional 12 months or until totaling a balance of
50 or more and applied toward a Rewards Check(s).

Following membership expiration, Rewards Points will be held for an additional
12 months and can be accessed again upon renewal of membership. When an
already-expired Rewards Club membership is renewed, the membership will expire
12 full months from the renewal date. If the membership renewal occurs within 12
months of the prior membership’s expiration date, any unexpired Rewards Points
within the original account will be available in the renewed membership.
Membership points are not transferable and will be cleared permanently 12 months
after membership expires.

Things Remembered Rewards Club Membership includes, but is not limited to:

 * Free access to Priority Gift Advisors, seven days a week, 8 a.m. – 12:00 a.m.
   EST, dedicated to assisting members with finding a local store,
   personalizing, ordering, answering Rewards Club questions, updating account
   details, and renewing or cancelling Rewards Club membership.
 * Double Rewards Points on First Purchase as a member, less Things Remembered
   Rewards Club sign up fee of $5. First Purchase defined as the purchase of
   merchandise and/or personalization at the time and same day of joining
   Rewards Club and purchasing membership.
 * Bonus 50 Rewards Points with Second Purchase. Second Purchase defined as
   Rewards Member’s purchase of merchandise and/or personalization occurring
   immediately following Rewards Club sign up transaction. Second Purchase
   transaction, occurring at least one day after sign up transaction in order to
   qualify.
 * Opportunity to automatically earn a free 12-month Rewards Club membership if
   member spends $250 at Things Remembered retail locations,
   ThingsRemembered.com or by phone purchase in two or more transactions in the
   previous 12-month membership period.
 * Double Rewards Points on First Purchase and 50 Bonus Rewards Points on Second
   Purchase valid only on each paid renewal of Things Remembered Rewards Club
   Membership.
 * Members-only discounts and deals, as determined.

To ensure accurate purchase credit in store, request an Associate look up
Rewards account via name, phone number, address or email address, or membership
card/number for accounts established pre-July 2018. When purchasing on
ThingsRemembered.com and by phone, use the same email address and billing
address used when joining Rewards Club, and the purchase will automatically be
credited to your Rewards Points balance. To receive all Rewards Club benefits,
full name, address, phone number, and a unique and valid email address must be
accurately provided during enrollment. Account information can be verified or
updated in store with an Associate, by logging into MyTRRewards.net or by
calling a Rewards Club Priority Gift Advisor at 1-866-516-8477. It is the
responsibility of the Rewards Club member to inform Things Remembered of name,
address, phone number, email and account changes. Customers may not have more
than one Rewards Club account; accounts can be combined with an Associate in
store, or by calling a Rewards Club Priority Gift Advisor.

Two or more Rewards Club members’ accounts may not utilize the same email
address for enrollment or communication, even if two or more customers share the
email address; each Rewards Club membership account must have a unique and valid
email address.

Rewards Clubs members cannot earn or redeem Rewards Checks with Business Large
Orders (orders of $500+ qualifying for a discount of 10% or more, purchased with
a Business Account Representative).

No credit or Rewards Points will be given for purchases made prior to
membership. Refunds will only be given in store or over the phone with a
Priority Gift Advisor, for store locations, account updates, membership renewal,
comments or questions, call a Rewards Club Priority Gift Advisor at
1-866-516-8477, seven days a week, 8 A.M. – 12:00 A.M., Eastern Time. Things
Remembered reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of the Rewards
Club program or terminate this program at any time without notice. Employees of
Things Remembered, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, and their
families, are not eligible to participate.
