How do I get Custom Envelopes?

A: 

The way to add custom envelopes is while personalizing your cards. Just follow
the steps to personalize your cards and you'll be prompted to choose your custom
envelopes under the "Envelopes" step.

Q: 

Do you print both recipient and return addresses?

A: 

Yes! Recipient and return address printing are included free with your purchase
of custom envelopes. After choosing your custom envelope, you'll have a chance
to select.

1. Whether you want return address, recipient address, or both printed.
2. Select recipients for recipient address printing from your address book.

Q: 

Is the new Address Book Service available for custom envelopes?

A: 

Simply email us at ADDRESSBOOK.SUPPORT@TINYPRINTS.COM with your full name, the
email address associated with your account and an attachment with your addresses
in an acceptable digital format (Excel, Wordor PDF). We do not accept photos of
envelopes or handwritten addresses. You will receive an automatic email reply
confirming that we have received your request, followed by an email telling you
that your address book is complete and uploaded to your account. Questions? Call
us at (877) 284-9609.

Can I upload my own addresses?

A: 

You can upload your own addresses by clicking on the following link here. The
Personal Address Book Service is designed to save you time by updating your
address book for you, but you are welcome to make updates yourself at any time.

Are Custom Envelopes available for all cards?

A: 

Custom envelopes are available on certain card sizes and types, for certain
occasions.

Q: 

Can you mail my cards with custom envelopes for me?

A: 

Unfortunately, our mailing service is not available when using custom envelopes.
Addressed custom envelopes will arrive to your selected shipping address – just
add postage and mail. Cards ordered with standard plain envelopes can be
addressed and mailed to your recipients using our Mail for Me service.
