Multi-user Migration

Migration of multi-user in batch mode has never been an easy task. But, SysTools
Migrator makes this concurrent migration task simple for the users. It can move
multiple user account from current platform to cloud in no time. The tool will
migrate the account in the order of entry or one can set the priority also.

Monitor Migration Process

As the process begin, the migration monitor displays the real-time status of all
accounts that are under the migration process. The software can monitor multiple
accounts at the same time running concurrently. One can see the real-time status
in this tool.

Concurrent Migration

This Cloud Migrator tool is capable to perform concurrent migration. It let
users migrate more than one user mailboxes at once in the batch mode. The
software begin the batch of first 40 mailboxes at one time. A user is allowed to
set the priority also to define the order of concurrent migration i.e., which

No, the software does not migrate Trash or Deleted Items folder from source to
destination platform.

I am getting "A license could not be assigned to the user". What might be the
reason for it?

The reason why users face this error is when you don't register the domain
within the tool in SysTools CRM.

Is it possible to pause the ongoing migration and add more accounts for
migration?

Yes, you can do that by executing the following steps:

 1. Go to Services tab in Task Manager and Stop "SysTools Service.exe" from
    there. Then open the Tool, click on "Stop Migration" button and wait for it
    to respond.
 2. Now, restart "SysTools Service.exe", open the tool again and go to Users
    tab.
 3. Here, select the Users that you want to add for migration and validate them.
 4. After successful verification, click on "Start Migration" button.

Does Microsoft 365 family subscription include exchange online services? Does
SysTools Migrator support its migration?

Office 365 family subscription plan does not include exchange online services.
Therefore, SysTools Migrator does not support migration from Microsoft 365
family subscription, as the tool requires the exchange online services for
respective migration.
