01 WELCOME BACK TO BLYTHSWOOD We’re stepping up our hygiene measures and implementing appropriate safeguards, so there’s a few things you need to think about before heading into the office. To ensure we limit contact and maintain 2.0m social distancing we’ve reduced the number of desks available in the office. To ensure we stick to the capacity number we’ll be using a desk booking system. You must use the same workstation for the entire time you are in the office that day, you should also stick to your floor as much as possible. While you can go to the Ground floor for meetings please do not visit floors other than your own (e.g. if you are on the 2nd Floor you should not go onto the 1st or 3rd Floor office/meeting rooms). An hour before you leave the house please take your temperature, if you’re 37.8C or over, do not travel to the office. If you’re experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 (a high temperature, a new, continuous cough or loss or change to your sense of smell or taste) or if you feel unwell please stay at home and inform your line manager. It's likely been a while since you’ve last been in the office so please don’t forget your ID badge – you won’t be able to get in without it. About 1 in 3 people with COVID-19 do not have symptoms but can still pass it on to others. Regular testing can help stop these chains of transmission and all adults in Scotland can now access free testing locally or by free home delivery. In line with NHS advice, we recommend colleagues take a test twice a week. We strongly encourage you to cycle, walk and drive wherever possible when going to and from the office. If you choose to come in by public transport we do ask that you wear a face covering as provided in your return to office care kit. We also ask that you adjust your start and finish times to avoid peak congestion periods. Carpooling is not allowed, but you may be dropped off and picked up by a member of your household if you wish. FINALLY, YOU NEED TO FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH OUR NEW SAFE SYSTEM OF WORK. SO BEFORE HEADING INTO THE OFFICE YOU’LL NEED TO WORK YOUR WAY THROUGH THIS GUIDE, WATCH A SHORT VIDEO AND FILL OUT A QUICK FORM TO LET US KNOW YOU’VE DONE SO. 01 / 07 Next We track sessions with cookies For what?We use cookies to give you the best experience of using this website.
