Ad Valorem Chartered Accountants provide high-quality audit, accounting, tax and

We are based in Melkbosstrand, Cape Town, but most of our clients are located in
other parts of South Africa and the rest of Africa.


TAX AND ACCOUNTING


The South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) is the foremost
accountancy body in South Africa and one of the leading Institutes in the world.

As a member of SAICA we are expected to continue our studies and research to
ensure that we stay current and provide relevant and appropriate assistance.




AUDITING


The Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors (IRBA) is the statutory body
controlling of auditors in South Africa.
As a member of IRBA we are qualified and expected to deliver services of the
highest quality and adhere to the highest ethics standards.
Our clients include estate agents, body corporates, attorneys and non-profit
organisations.




ABOUT

Ad Valorem Chartered Accountants was founded in 2012 by Esmari Faull, a member
of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Independent Regulatory Board
for Auditors.

After she qualified as a chartered accountant, Esmari obtained a post-graduate
certificate in advanced taxation. To ensure that both certainties - death and
taxes - are considered, she continued studying and obtained a Masters degree in
Theology.

Esmari completed her trainee articles at PwC, after which she joined the tax
department of PwC. She obtained experience in international tax structuring and
auditing the tax charge of listed companies and international groups. Thereafter
she joined Sanlam Limited, where she was responsible for tax planning and
compliance of the overseas subsidiaries, and for tax advice and training for
Sanlam staff.

After a period at the SARS Large Business Centre, she decided that it is time to
start her own firm to help businesses achieve their goals.
