EVERY BLESSING WITH CASE-ING CHRISTMAS


Hello Crafters,

Wow, I can't believe it is already the beginning of October.  Time has been
moving quickly lately.  It is time for another CASE-ing Christmas post.  Here is
my take on Asha's card.

 
I chose to work with the colors as inspiration by using Night of Navy, Soft Sky
and Gold foil and embossing.  Instead of a church I chose to use a symbol of the
Magic of Season by using a scene of shepherds looking at the Christmas star.  I
also chose to use the Allegro embossing folder by Cuttlebug to give the illusion
of the Hallelujah chorus.  I had this card idea bouncing around in my head for
weeks and it came out just as I had envisioned ... 'I love it when a plan comes
together!'  Now here is Asha's card we were to CASE.

MOONLIGHT FRIEND


Welcome to a Sensational Saturday!

I hope your Saturday is Sensational.  It will be sunny and warm here and I am
looking forward to the seasonal change.  I have a 'sunny' card to share with you
today as well.  This is similar to the card I shared with you yesterday.  The
difference is the banner dies I used and the colors are the reverse side of the
colors shared yesterday.  I enjoy working with double-sided designer paper.




This is again inspired by my friend Deneen.  Go check out her beautiful card for

Here is another card from my recent card making frenzy.

 
This card went together quickly once I figured out the designer papers I would
be using.  Two of the pattern papers read more like plain card stock, but upon
closer look there is a pattern.  This is a simple design that I really like.

It’s me again!




This is another product of my playing around .  This card is also CASE’d from
page 80 in the 2014-2015 Annual Catalog.  I changed the orientation of the
patterned paper, made a banner instead of a tag and only added 2 additional
banners.

HEXAGON HELLO


Happy Wednesday!
Can’t really believe that it is already Wednesday … where did the week go!  I
have been playing around at the craft desk again.  This time I pulled out my
Six-Sided Sampler to play with the little hexagons.  I used one of the hexagon
stamps to make a background then added a very similar patterned paper.  Enjoy my
Hello card.

CHRISTMAS BAUBLES BANNERS





Hello Crafters,


Christmas is such a ‘banner’ celebration in so many ways.  We have banners in
our churches to celebrate the ‘New Born King,’ banners on our streets to
celebrate the festivities of the season, and banners (ribbons) on our Christmas
trees and in our decorations.  This card pays tribute to the many ‘banners’ of
the season.  It is a really quick and easy card.

Here with more Good Thoughts cards.  I really like this Perfect Pennants stamp
set.  It is so versatile, you can use it for Birthdays, Love/Valentines,
Encouragement, Get Well/Feel Better Wishes or just a simple Hello.



I made this in two color-ways.  This one is Hello Honey.  The next one is Lost
Lagoon.  These are two of the new In Colors for 2014-2016.

MAKE A WISH IN RED



Hello Crafty Friends,

Happy Wednesday!  I like the middle of the week.  I have another quick card to
share with you.  When this stamp set (Perfect Pennants) showed up in the 2014
Occasions catalog, I knew I had to have it and the matching framelits.  This is
a CASED (Copy and Share Everything), but I did not record and can't remember who
I cased this from.  I did change it a bit as I did not have the ribbon the
creator used.  Here is my version.
