A PERSONAL JOURNEY OF INSPIRATION

at Erembodegem (Belgium)

Discover the power of the natural life cycles and birth a new you



A 3 days experiential journey, beginning with nurturing what is precious to you
and ending with your rebirth.

We’ll use nature and will work with and in nature to reconnect with our inner
source. The beautiful garden, and tent of Véronique will help to create a Sacred
and Safe Space to open up to this dimension.

We’ll explore key phases in our lives with the aim to connect with how we can
release what no longer serves us and open up to our full potential in the
present. The intention is not to re-live these times in our life, but connect
with their essence in a deep healing way.



Your Journey

This course is English spoken and  open to anyone (men and women) who wants to
safely experience core phases of life so that they can connect more intimately
with themselves and others. It offers a personal journey that you can use for
yourself, to inspire others or if you are a therapist, midwife, mother or father
to support others, including children, adolescents, person to pass through
challenging and difficult stages in their life.



You will experience the power of being in a small group (maximum 10 people) with
the love and safety of being guided through to experience a deeper level of your
true nature. What you live and transform in yourself, you can pass to others.

Suzanne and Véronique guide you using breath work, meditation and visualisation,
movement practice, shiatsu based touch and sound. They will include the powerful
Extraordinary Vessels of Chinese medicine, but you don’t need to know them
already. If you do, then we hope to enhance your connection to them.



We have consciously chosen to work with simple techniques and touch, so you can
explore the inner world of Traditional Chinese Medicine through understanding
and feeling it, rather than focusing on the theory. We want to spread this
precious ancient knowledge to a greater world than only therapists.

Our shared dream of returning to a society where people support each other and
use nature, conscious touch, wise remedies, and inner purification, will be a
part of this journey.

We begin connecting as a group on Thursday evening and then working to Sunday
afternoon.


YOUR LOCATION: VERONIQUE’S SACRED GARDEN

Veronique has created a sacred garden in her home in Erembodegem, near the town
of Alost. You would find it difficult to believe it is only 40km to the west of
Brussels airport. It is easy to park and it is not far from the train station of
Erembodegem. She has created a haven of nature and tranquillity which supports
us in our work. In her garden there is a sacred tent for working in and she also
has a Salt Crystalsauna, hamman and Sacred Spiral in the garden.

There is also a beautiful inside teaching place, she calls it ‘Her temple’.
Being soo grateful to share all this precious ground and space with others.
People say they feel the calm and blessed when entering the place and garden.



We begin connecting as a group on Thursday evening and then working to Sunday
afternoon.

A Typical Day
Our schedule will not be too fixed, so we can adjust to our group rhythm. We
will offer an optional morning session at 7 or even earlier in the garden so you
can connect with the energy of the rising sun through meditation, Qi empowering
movements and stretches. Breakfast will be around 9 and we will work together
till 18 h 00 including lunch and breaks. Friday and Saturday evening we will
have a fire and spa time. There will be breaks so you can write, rest and
restore when you need.

Your journey

 Thursday 14.09.2023 – Arriving (between 6pm and 7pm)

Our opening ceremony includes an introduction to the group and the themes, with
sound, movement and meditation.

Friday 15.09 – Mothering another – How do we nurture what is precious to us? 

We explore the life phases of pregnancy and nurturing a young baby as an
expression of the qualities of mothering another. Anyone can connect with its
gifts, whether you are male or female and whether or not you have been pregnant!

Saturday 16.09  – Expressing intimacy with another adult

We explore the life phases of puberty and coming into expressing our adult being
through our fertility and sexuality. Within this we explore our first most
intimate connection with our mother which impacts all future relationships.

Sunday 17.09 – Birthing a new you (till 4pm)

We explore the life phase of being within the womb and then being born. With the
experience of all we have lived so far in life, we can re-experience how to
receive anew, be immersed in the potential of being held in warm water in a safe
space and then to be born again.

The journey will include:

 * An Opening Ceremony to ignite your creative fire and set your intentions,
   movement and sound journeys to connect with the life phases and awaken the
   powerful Extraordinary Vessels, which regulate our life cycles and ancestral
   patterns
 * Paired bodywork practices drawing from shiatsu & massage (no experience
   necessary)
 * Guided visualizations to connect with life cycles.
 * A “spa” session on Friday or Saturday evening : a sauna with salt crystals
   and a hamman to purify your body, mind and soul!)
 * Closing Ceremony – nurturing the element of fire to celebrate your creative
   light and all you have to offer the world.

Food and Accommodation

You can book an Aalst B&B or you can bring your tent and sleep in the garden or
share with someone. (15 euro/night)

Shared lunches, sharing each other’s energy 😊

525 euro (incl BTW), including teachings, spa session, tea water and snacks. You

Heuvel 68, 9320 Erembodegem, 40 min from Brussels Aiport by train and 15 min
walking from the train station to Véronique’s place. You can park your car
easily too.

Timing:

Arriving the 14th september at 6pm, closing sunday 17 september at 4pm

Possibility to stay  in a tent you bring or share with someone else or nearby 
in a B&b in  Aalst  B&B
