METHODOLOGY

WHY HORSES

Based on contemporary research that explains the https://exness-trade.my/web
impact of traumatic events and chronic stress on the brain and body, our
interventions are designed to address the resulting depression, anxiety, and
spectrum of PTSD symptoms. Inherent in all of these symptoms is a loss of
connection to self and others and a diminished ability to create and maintain
healthy relationships. Beyond the therapeutic value of being with animals, we
help clients improve their ability to regulate their emotions and create new
patterns of thinking that lead to healthy, connected relationships.

 

Combining the use of multiple equine assisted therapy models, most specifically
Natural Lifemanship and EAGALA, Windows To My Soul is uniquely positioned to
design treatment plans that help the client achieve their goals.

 

Each session includes a licensed mental health professional, equine
exness-trade.my/web specialist, and horses. Certification and ongoing education
for mental health professionals and equine specialists is required
