Cleaning
3 days didn't change towels and bed asking to have housekeeping and they say its
already gone Like we can clean it tomorrow and so on for two days in a row,
citing the fact that there is a do not disturb sign on the door, but I called
and asked to clean it, they didn’t even knock to find out and in front of the
entrance there is a sign that cleanliness is the main thing for them the manager
and the guy at the front desk are very arrogant and rude remembered them from
last time I think the staff could use some training work with people

Awesome service and very clean hotel
Excellent service. All staff os great. Kudo’s to Naomi, Ana, John, and Frank for
going the extra mile. They provide daily fresh breakfast. Did I mention how
great the staff was? I was here for a commercial real estate event and proximity
to Realtor Association building was convenient

Nobody at the front desk September 23 2:00 am
We arrived at 2:00 am to check in and nobody was at the front desk , we’re
calling to the custumer services number and nobody pickup the phone , we’ve a
reservation in advance this is crazy , how custumer have to pay a lot mnoney to
stay in Las Vegas is Saturday September 23 and there is not custumer services

amazing stay
Frank R. helped us out right from the beginning of checking us in and was
nothing but helpful. He went above and beyond to fulfill our needs while at our
stay. The rooms were very nice and clean and housekeeping was very friendly and
on top of things at all times. Beds were comfortable and AC worked great as
well. Also they have make up wipes in the bathroom already which was super
helpful as i really was in need of them right when i entered the room. Overall
had a great experience and had great customer service.

Very safe and clean property ! Really felt relaxed!
Very clean hotel and clean rooms. I am not a Vegas local and felt that the hotel
was in a safe neighborhood. The property is cleaner and had better customer
service and amenities than the bigger casino resorts I stayed in the MGM the day
before.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY
This was a terrible stay. When we arrived, the air conditioner did not work well
and the room was hot. When told to front desk, the woman sort of schrugged and
said the maintenance man will be in "tomorrow". That was it. My wife and I had
to buy a "artic blast" portable air conditioner to cool the room, and no further
attempt to fix the next day after my initial complaint. . No chairs in the room
except a desk chair, and a stained settee. No table etc. to eat. Morning and
afternoon staff would make you wait to ask a quetion while they were on the
computer. Weekend staff day were very nice. The rest of the days the staff would
not even say hello. First day maid came in, but did not make the bed. The free
morning breakfast was extremely lacking. Dry eggs and biscuits and gravy. Had
low end sausage other days, hard to eat. Bacon was ok. The room itself is sort
of early motel on the road type. Bed was ok. They also had some friend sit in
the lobby in a chair almost all day talking to the front desk person every day,
like if was a hangout. So, a hot room, bad food, unfriendly staff, uncofortable
room and old motel from the 60's decor. The reason we were there is for medical
therapy, so it was the closest to the facility, and I had to be at the facility
3 times a day. Otherwise, I would have left the first day. So I was miserable
there for 2 weeks. I would highly recommend if you don't HAVE to stay as I did,
go ANYWHERE else. This place is run by T. Haroldson Hospitality. Maybe they
should learn what that means.…

It was a very nice experience
I really had a nice day and good breakfast and good customer service I will stay
there again I like the fact that I have a laundry facility in a gym facility
that's open 24 hours overall I give you a 100 rate

Hospitality!
Frank at the Front Desk is very hospitable. I am grateful to have had my check
in experience with him. He reviewed all of the amenities, but was super
thoughtful and showed a very warm welcome for a long work stay. Hospitality and
employees like this are gems! I am looking forward to my long stay due to his
kindness! Thank you Frank for the great welcome to Vegas!

AWESOMENESS!!!
We came from LA with our church group and initially had issues with our booking,
but with the help of Frank, we were able to get everything resolved. Frank
demonstrated beyond excellent customer service from entering the hotel to our
departure. He is AMAZING! Super thankful for his help and hope he is always here
when we visit. THANK YOU! =)))

Wonderful experience for a sad occasion.
I was in Las Vegas as my mother was hospitalized and sadly passed away. The
hotel was clean with comfortable beds and amenities. What stood out to me the
most was the hotel receptionist, Frank. He made sure our needs were met and
greeted us with empathy and kindness when he learned of the reason for our stay.
The hotel is lucky to have such fine representation working as a face of their
company.
