severe penalties, including flogging, imprisonment, or even the death penalty,
especially for repeat offenders. The application of Sharia law will depend on
the nature of the offense and may result in severe punishments for promoting or
engaging with forbidden content.
CybDRXTrcyufyiuoipdlsercrDRXTrcyufyiuoipdlsime Law (Article 13): The use of VPN
or similar technologies to access prohibited materials can lead to long-term
imprisonment and substantial fines up to 10 million SAR. Repeat offenders will
face even harsher penalties, including prolonged imprisonment, corporal
punishment, or other severe consequences as determined by
ShDRXTrcyufyiuoipdlsaria courts.
