Molly Cape is the current Marketing Manager for MTech Mechanical overseeing all
marketing & communications efforts for the organization. She has a passion for
strategic planning, driving team culture and engagement & event planning. In
addition to marketing communications, Cape leads community engagement within
MTech’s new initiative, MTech IMPACT, a strategic endeavor to focus the
organizations efforts within the wellness, inclusion/belonging & community
giving spaces. She created a “20 for 20” campaign, supporting 20 Colorado-based
charities throughout 2022. For the past three years, Cape has chaired MTech’s
Samborski Memorial Clay Shoot, raising over $175,000 for suicide prevention &
awareness in Colorado. Cape holds a Bachelor of Journalism in Advertising &
Public Relations from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. In her free time, she
enjoys reading, cooking, being outside, traveling and exploring new breweries
with her husband Derrick and 90-pound Bernedoodle, Ziggy.

Lisa Murphy is the Human Resources Manager for MTech Mechanical. MTech is the
premier Design Build Mechanical Contractor in the state of Colorado. At MTech
Mechanical, we operate as One Team, All In. We are committed to cultivating,
advancing, and preserving a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging for
all our team members. This empowers us to reach our full potential as an
organization, fueling creativity, innovation, and collaboration among our teams
and clients, and in the communities we serve. Murphy has led the MTech HR
department for 10 years and oversees all the functions of the HR group. In
addition to leading the standard HR functions, she has been integral in MTech’s
apprenticeship program that helps support team members as they complete their
apprenticeship in the mechanical trades.  Murphy leads the wellness pillar of
MTech’s new initiative, MTech IMPACT, a strategic endeavor to focus the
organizations efforts within the wellness, inclusion/belonging & community
giving spaces. Murphy has her Bachelors and Masters of Business Administration
from Stetson University. Outside of MTech Mechanical, Lisa enjoys spending time
with her husband and two small girls. She spends her time reading, hiking,
woodworking, and travel!
