We are proud to share that Sam Owens has been promoted to Regional Vice
President of Multifamily Operations! In her role new role, Sam will be
responsible for overseeing all property operations and client relations for
PeakMade’s multifamily vertical. Sam Owens has been with Peak for over 12 years
beginning her career as a part-time leasing consultant and has been a Regional
Manager for the past 3 years supporting a portfolio of successful properties.

additional beds and 4 new multifamily communities totaling over 500 additional
