eNTrust is a global business process outsourcing (KPO) company operating 2
delivery centers in Chennai, India. Our services are focused the Corporate and
Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industry.

SERVICES

Lease Abstraction eNTrust is the experienced leader in Lease Abstraction.
eNTrust has developed the capability of abstracting leases from 25 different
languages into English. To accomplish this we have created a proprietary
International Lease Term Database which contains searchable lease terms in 25
languages from 60 different countries.

Our Abstraction Workflow has multiple quality checks (see high level workflow
below) which allows us to provide a guarantee of 100% accuracy on dates and
dollars. By leveraging a rigorous quality system and our proprietary
Knowledgebase, eNTrust provides rapid turnaround on even large international
lease abstraction projects.
Lease Administration eNTrust's Lease Administration Back Office Services can be
used anywhere in the property lifecycle from acquisition to disposition AND on a
project or ongoing basis. The following Lease Administration components will
provide you with individual administrative project components which eNTrust can
provide.
Lease Accounting eNTrust's Lease Accounting practice serves clients globally. We
provide transformational value to our clients through process improvement and
automation, re-engineering and benchmarking, and providing the flexibility of
variable pricing models. eNTrust's focus on providing flexibility in the
delivery and solution approach for our clients, allows us to mitigate transition
risks and apply best practices to assure the highest quality deliverables.

eNTrust's Lease Accounts are experienced professionals who have experience
working with a range of accounting systems from Yardi and MRI to JD
Edwards/PeopleSoft, Oracle Financials, and SAP FICO. Because of our technology
capabilities working on system integration projects for these systems, we have
trained all of our lease accounting teams on multiple platforms.
IT Consulting eNTrust maintains a staff of developers to provide our clients
with a range of IT Services.

Our development teams are platform agnostic and have experience in configuring
and implementing both modules and entire systems. Having focused solely on CRE
and Property Management software platforms, our teams have both domain knowledge
and a thorough understanding of the data structure of the various software
applications on the market today.

This privacy statement applies to any processing of personal data on
entrustsoft.in which is hereinafter referred to as the "Website".

data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical,
physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that

because we had or have a contract with you in place.


We may also contact you with regards to your satisfaction with our products and
services and may conduct other surveys.


For this, the legal basis is Article 6 (1) 1 lit. b GDPR.


We use the personal data and contact data you provide by registration to inform
you directly about our additional products and services. The use of your
personal data for directly advertising related products and services is a
legitimate interest for us as a provider of this website, Article 6 sec. 1 sent.
1 lit. f GDPR.


You can object to the use of your personal data for direct marketing at any
time. We will then refrain from any processing to the extent it is related to
such purposes. You can inform us about your objection by sending a mail to
privacy@entrustsoft.in Your personal data is, in the absence of exceptions
within the specific services mentioned below, retained for as long as your user
account is used. If there has been no activity on your account, your personal
data will be erased once the purpose has been fulfilled. Statutory storage
obligations or the need for legal actions that may arise from misconduct within
the services and can lead to a longer retention of your personal data. In this
case, we will inform you accordingly.

Data collected from third party sources



We may also collect personal data about you such as your name and contact
details for providing you with information on products and services, coming from
third party resources on trade fairs and webinar vendors we are participating
in.


Legal basis for this processing is Article 6 (1) 1 lit. f GDPR as it is our
company group’s legitimate interest to maintain our user base, bring new users
to the Website and inform (potential) users about services organized and
provided by eNTrust.

Informational e-mails



With your email address you can subscribe to our informational e-mails that
provides you with the latest news about our products and services if you consent
to receiving such e- mails. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6
sec. 1 sent. 1 lit. a GDPR. Your email address will be retained for as long as
you are subscribed to our informational e-mails and for 36 months of inactivity
thereafter.

Automated decision making



We do not use your personal data for automated decision making which produces
legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.

Your personal data will be disclosed to the following parties:

Group internal recipient



Within the eNTrust company group, your personal data may be transferred to
various entities. The legal basis for such transfer is eNTrust’s legitimate
interest in the provision of a shared custom support, administration and
internal IT department as well as our company group’s legitimate interest to
guarantee smooth operations between our entities for the purposes set out above.

Third party recipients



We engage third party companies and individuals who assist us in providing the
services we offer through this website. Your personal data will be disclosed
e.g. to the following third parties and partly their sub-processors based also
