GEO WEEK 2022 HEALTH AND SAFETY FAQS

GEO WEEK WILL REMAIN AN IN-PERSON EVENT WITH UPDATED ONSITE HEALTH AND SAFETY
MEASURES

AXIS GeoSpatial LLC

Updated January 6, 2022

Like many, we have been carefully following news of the Omicron variant and we
understand this news raises many questions as we advance towards Geo Week 2022
February 6-8 in Denver.

Please be assured that:

 * Geo Week 2022 is moving forward as a live event as planned.
 * We are following all recommendations from public health officials, federal,
state, and local authorities, and venues.

To help you plan for a safe and productive onsite experience, we’ve created this
FAQs page to answer questions you may have. The FAQs will be updated as we
receive more information. Please read through it carefully and to reach out to
us with any questions—we will answer your inquiry to the best of our knowledge
and appreciate your patience during this ever-changing time.

VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS

Geo Week exhibitors and attendees will be required to show proof of
vaccination. The City and County of Denver are subject to a State of Colorado
public health order requiring proof of vaccination for indoor, unseated events
of 500+ people.  See below about about negative test proof as an acceptable
alternative to the vaccination requirement.

> WHAT IS CONSIDERED ACCEPTABLE PROOF OF VACCINATION?

 * COVID-19 vaccination record card (issued by the Department of Health and
Human Services Centers for Disease Control & Prevention or WHO Yellow Card1).
Vaccination cards must include the name of person vaccinated, type of vaccine
provided, and the date the last dose was administered.
 * Photo of your Vaccination Card or immunization record stored on a phone or
   electronic device
 * Documentation of vaccination from a healthcare provider

> NEGATIVE TEST PROOF

Geo Week exhibitors and attendees may show proof of a negative PCR or rapid
antigen COVID-19 test as an acceptable alternative to the vaccination
requirement. The following are acceptable and must include the person’s name,
type of test performed, and the negative test result within 72 hours of arrival
to pick up your badge:

 * Printed document from the test provider or laboratory
 * An electronic test result displayed on a phone or other device from the test
   provider or laboratory

We will also accept:
 * A physical rapid antigen (at-home) self-test showing negative result

> WHERE CAN I GET TESTED?

You may get tested in your home state within 72 hours of picking up your
badge. For information on testing in Denver, please
visit https://www.denvergov.org/Government/COVID-19-Information/Getting-Tested

> HOW MANY TIMES WILL I NEED TO SHOW PROOF?

You will only be required to show proof of vaccination or negative test to pick
your official Geo Week badge at registration; once you have your badge, that
will be your verification upon entry for the following days.

WILL MASKS BE REQUIRED AT GEO WEEK?

Masks will be required for all exhibitors and attendees at Geo Week. Denver and
surrounding metro counties have indoor, public mask orders in effect.
