acquisition of 100% of the shares in PIBIVIESSE S.r.l.
FINAV S.r.l. is the ultimate holding company of GIVA Group, an Italy based
leading steel processing industrial conglomerate with relevant experience in
valves and actuation business.

We expect to put in place significant synergies between PIBIVIESSE and FINAV’s
network of complementary industrial plants in order to best support PIBIVIESSE
growth within the near future.
