with an MDLIVE board-certified doctor. We offer urgent care services for the
entire family for more than 80 non-emergency conditions like cold and flu, ear
pain, pink eye, sinus problems, and UTIs (females, 18+) so you can skip the
drive and long wait times. Your doctor can order prescriptions to your preferred
pharmacy and provide short-term renewals of existing medications when
appropriate.

after-hours, weekends, and holidays – from the safety and comfort of home, or
wherever you are.

Primary Care

Between your responsibilities at work and in your day-to-day life, you stay
busy. And, while you may plan to maintain or even improve your health, it’s not
always easy to make time for routine and preventive care. After all, doctor
appointments traditionally involve time and travel — and that usually means
taking time off work.

MDLIVE for Cigna’s convenient primary care option makes it easy to connect to a
board-certified primary care physician (PCP) for routine care, plus preventive
care with a virtual wellness screening — all on a schedule that works for you.
Connect from just about anywhere via video or phone 7 days a week, 365 days a
year, including flexible hours.

Best of all, primary care is available to you and your eligible dependents 18+
as part of your health benefits.

Preventive Care with a Wellness Screening

 * Your MDLIVE board-certified doctor will help identify any potential health
   issues, discuss ways to improve your health, and recommend follow-up care, if
   necessary.
 * Your preventive care benefit includes a health risk assessment and wellness
   screenings which, with associated lab work for your visit, are covered at no
   cost to you.*
 * Have labs, bloodwork, and biometrics completed at local facilities.**
 * Receive referrals to specialists when appropriate.

Routine Care

 * Routine care helps you manage ongoing conditions and establish a relationship
   with your Primary Care Provider (PCP).
 * Your doctor will help manage your health and well-being through regular
   visits, labs, diagnostics, and specialist referrals, when appropriate.
 * Receive prescriptions, if appropriate, that can be sent to a local or home
   delivery pharmacy.

*For customers who have a non-zero preventive care benefit, MDLIVE virtual
wellness screenings will not cost $0 and will follow their preventive benefit.
**Limited to LabCorp and Quest labs contracted with MDLIVE for virtual primary
care.

Behavioral Care

If you’re struggling with family stress, work-related changes, relationship
issues, or the loss of a loved one, MDLIVE licensed therapists provide talk
therapy and coping strategies while our board-certified psychiatrists can help
with medication management.* Appointments are private, convenient, and
affordable. You can choose the same provider for each visit or switch at any
time.

Licensed therapists

 * With hundreds of licensed therapists in the MDLIVE network, it’s easy to find
   a provider that is the right fit for you.
 * Have your first therapy appointment in a week or less compared to the weeks
   or months it could take to schedule an in-person visit.

Board-certified psychiatrists

 * MDLIVE board-certified psychiatrists can diagnose medical illnesses and
   prescribe and assess medication, when necessary.
 * You’re encouraged to build an ongoing relationship with your doctor.

Dermatology

When you need to see a dermatologist, it’s important to get care quickly –
especially if you’re dealing with a suspicious spot, rash, or other condition.
But far too often, it may take weeks or even months to get an in-person visit
with a dermatologist.

Now, you can connect easily with a board-certified dermatologist through MDLIVE
for Cigna without the long wait. There’s no appointment required.* Best of all,
access to virtual dermatology care is available to you and your eligible
dependents as part of your health benefits.

Here’s how virtual dermatology works:

 * Access virtual dermatology by logging in and select 'Dermatology." No
   appointment is necessary.
 * Choose a provider and describe your dermatology concern, and upload photos to
   your MDLIVE account.
 * Get a diagnosis and treatment plan, usually within 24 hours.
 * Prescriptions will be sent directly to your preferred pharmacy, if
   appropriate.
 * Have follow-up questions? Message the dermatologist for 30 days after the
   visit at no additional cost.

*Virtual dermatological visits through MDLIVE are completed via asynchronous
messaging. Diagnoses requiring testing cannot be confirmed. Customers will be
referred to seek in-person care. Treatment plans will be completed within a
maximum of 3 business days, but usually within 24 hours.
