We tend to run smaller than most other companies. The best way to find the right size for you would be to take your measurements using our measurement guide and comparing them to our size chart. Click here to go to our helpful size chart and measurement guide. If you fall between two sizes we recommend going with the larger one! Email us at hi@jolyn.com with your measurements (Torso, Chest, Hips) and we'll suggest the best size for you. WHICH ONESIES HAVE THE MOST BUM COVERAGE? If you are looking for a fixed-back onesie, the most bum coverage styles would be Devon, Drew, Julian, Chevy, Brandon, and Darren. For tie-back onesies, the styles with the most bum coverage would be Belle, Gavin, and Jackson. WHICH TOPS AND BOTTOMS HAVE THE MOST COVERAGE? For full coverage tops, we would the recommend Kaylee, Tomcat, Ryan, Grayson, Adrian, or Fendrick. For full coverage bottoms, we would the recommend Ally, Andy, Midl, Bali, Natia, or Koa. A SUIT I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK. WHEN WILL IT BE RESTOCKED? We do our best to restock our solid colors every 2-3 weeks or so. Most prints and contrast suits are limited edition and do not get restocked online once they have been sold out. Our inventory turns over very quickly, so always check our website and social media pages for updates! Instagram: @jolynclothing | Facebook: jolynclothing WHERE ARE YOUR SUITS MADE? We manufacture our suits in the United States, Mexico and Vietnam at factories with safe, fair, legal and humane working conditions. We believe strongly in being a socially responsible company and work closely alongside our awesome production crew to get our suits made with top quality. ARE JOLYN'S CHLORINE RESISTANT? All JOLYN styles are chlorine resistant! Our most durable swimsuits are made in our Foreverever® fabric - both the outer shell and the liner are made with 100% Polyester. This means that your suit will tackle the chlorine better than any other brand. HOW SHOULD I WASH MY SUITS? We recommend rinsing in cold water and air drying your suits after every use. Please avoid any washing or drying machine or soap as those will likely cause damage to your JOLYN. Check out our blog post all about suit care. ARE YOUR SUITS COVERED BY WARRANTY? Our factories take pride in providing solid sewing construction and will honor a six (6) month warranty on stitching and swimsuit lining. If you ever do experience this (we hope not!) send an email with a picture of the item and the original six-digit order number to hi@jolyn.com. ORDERS CAN I USE A VISA GIFT CARD TO PAY? Our system does not accept outside gift cards. Your best option is to upload the gift card into your Paypal account and then use Paypal to check out on our website. I GET AN ERROR MESSAGE WHEN I ENTER MY SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESSES. WHAT’S GOING ON? Usually when customers receive the error message "street address and postal code do not match" it is because the billing address being used doesn't match the address linked to that credit card. Contact your bank to verify your billing address or try using a different credit card when you place your order. If you are still having problems, email us and we will help you place an order. WHY WAS I CHARGED MORE THAN ONCE? Any duplicate charges are a result of multiple authorization attempts and should show as "pending" on your bank statement. You will only be charged once and duplicate charges will be removed within 2-3 business days. CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER? Once you place an order, we start on the packing and shipping process right away, so we are unable to make changes or edits. If you realize you’ve made a mistake in your order, please email us within 20 minutes of the order being placed and we will try to get the order canceled or the address changed. Sadly we cannot make any promises. If we are able to cancel your order before it ships out, you will then be fully refunded. That way, you can place a new order with the correct items. If we are unable to cancel your order, we recommend ordering the correct suit online and sending the first order back for a refund. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow the shipping provider a couple business days to update the tracking information. I RECEIVED A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEM. WHAT DO I DO? Please contact us immediately with a photo of the item and the JOLYN order number and we will be happy to help you. You must contact us within 2 weeks of delivery. Email us for assistance. SHIPPING HOW LONG DOES EACH SHIPPING METHOD TAKE? Standard shipping: 5-9 business days once shipped Expedited Shipping: 2-6 business days once shipped UPS 2-Day: 2-4 business days once shipped **Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes** WHERE CAN MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? All of our products can be shipped to the US and Canada. If you live in Europe, go here. If you live in Australia/NZ, go here. And if you live in Japan, you can email japan@jolyn.com. Heads up! All international orders shipping to Canada may be subject to taxes and duties. These fees are charged by your government and are entirely separate from any shipping fees. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? Your suits will (usually) ship out within 2 business days of the order date. Orders placed on Friday or the weekend will ship out the following Monday. This includes all shipping types (even expedited). HELP! I ENTERED THE INCORRECT ADDRESS. WHAT DO I DO? JOLYN is not responsible for replacing packages sent to incorrect or outdated addresses, as entered by the customer, so please be sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order! If you realize you’ve made a mistake in your order, please email us within 20 minutes of the order being placed and we will try to get the address changed. Sadly we cannot make any promises. MY ORDER WAS MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT I NEVER GOT IT. WHAT DO I DO? Sometimes orders get delivered to your local post office or the wrong house by accident. First check with your neighbors, mailman and local post office. Still no luck? Email us. *Please note: lost orders will only be issued store credit* RETURNS & EXCHANGES WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY? You can return items for a refund within 30 days of purchase and for online credit within 45 days of purchase. We do not accept returns past 45 days. The item/suit must be unworn, unused, unwashed, free of stains and odors and still have the tags and the hygienic liner attached. Please do not send suits back if they do not comply with the above requirements, as we are unable to issue store credit/refund and are not responsible for sending the item back to you. HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY SUIT? Click here to check out our return policy. Click here to submit a return request. I SUBMITTED A RETURN REQUEST BUT HAVEN’T GOTTEN THE RETURN APPROVAL EMAIL YET - WHERE IS IT? After your return was approved, you should have received an email confirmation with further directions to the email used at the time of purchase. Please check your spam/junk folder as the emails may be in there. HELP! I ACCIDENTALLY CHOSE THE WRONG REFUND METHOD!! No worries! We can change that for you as long as the return meets our requirements. Please email us with your order number. (Please note: refund method cannot be changed after return has been processed.) HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET A REFUND? Please allow 2 weeks for your return to be processed. You will receive a refund confirmation email once your refund has been issued. If you need assistance in returning your oder please email our Customer Service team at hi@jolyn.com and they will be able to initiate your return. Online returns are not accepted at JOLYN Pop-Ups. To fulfill this, we aim to adhere as strictly as possible to the World Wide Web Consortium’s (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG 2.1) at the AA level. These guidelines explain how to make web content accessible to people with a wide array of disabilities. Complying with those guidelines helps us ensure that the website is accessible to blind people, people with motor impairments, visual impairment, cognitive disabilities, and more. This website utilizes various technologies that are meant to make it as accessible as possible at all times. We utilize an accessibility interface that allows persons with specific disabilities to adjust the website’s UI (user interface) and design it to their personal needs. Additionally, the website utilizes an AI-based application that runs in the background and optimizes its accessibility level constantly. This application remediates the website’s HTML, adapts its functionality and behavior for screen-readers used by blind users, and for keyboard functions used by individuals with motor impairments. If you wish to contact the website’s owner please use the website's form Screen-reader and keyboard navigation Our website implements the ARIA attributes (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) technique, alongside various behavioral changes, to ensure blind users visiting with screen-readers can read, comprehend, and enjoy the website’s functions. As soon as a user with a screen-reader enters your site, they immediately receive a prompt to enter the Screen-Reader Profile so they can browse and operate your site effectively. Here’s how our website covers some of the most important screen-reader requirements: 1. Screen-reader optimization: we run a process that learns the website’s components from top to bottom, to ensure ongoing compliance even when updating the website. In this process, we provide screen-readers with meaningful data using the ARIA set of attributes. For example, we provide accurate form labels; descriptions for actionable icons (social media icons, search icons, cart icons, etc.); validation guidance for form inputs; element roles such as buttons, menus, modal dialogues (popups), and others. Additionally, the background process scans all of the website’s images. It provides an accurate and meaningful image-object-recognition-based description as an ALT (alternate text) tag for images that are not described. It will also extract texts embedded within the image using an OCR (optical character recognition) technology. To turn on screen-reader adjustments at any time, users need only to press the Alt+1 keyboard combination. Screen-reader users also get automatic announcements to turn the Screen-reader mode on as soon as they enter the website. These adjustments are compatible with popular screen readers such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack. 2. Keyboard navigation optimization: The background process also adjusts the website’s HTML and adds various behaviors using JavaScript code to make the website operable by the keyboard. This includes the ability to navigate the website using the Tab and Shift+Tab keys, operate dropdowns with the arrow keys, close them with Esc, trigger buttons and links using the Enter key, navigate between radio and checkbox elements using the arrow keys, and fill them in with the Spacebar or Enter key. Additionally, keyboard users will find content-skip menus available at any time by clicking Alt+2, or as the first element of the site while navigating with the keyboard. The background process also handles triggered popups by moving the keyboard focus towards them as soon as they appear, not allowing the focus to drift outside. Users can also use shortcuts such as “M” (menus), “H” (headings), “F” (forms), “B” (buttons), and “G” (graphics) to jump to specific elements. Disability profiles supported on our website * Epilepsy Safe Profile: this profile enables people with epilepsy to safely use the website by eliminating the risk of seizures resulting from flashing or blinking animations and risky color combinations. * Vision Impaired Profile: this profile adjusts the website so that it is accessible to the majority of visual impairments such as Degrading Eyesight, Tunnel Vision, Cataract, Glaucoma, and others. * Cognitive Disability Profile: this profile provides various assistive features to help users with cognitive disabilities such as Autism, Dyslexia, CVA, and others, to focus on the essential elements more easily. * ADHD Friendly Profile: this profile significantly reduces distractions and noise to help people with ADHD, and Neurodevelopmental disorders browse, read, and focus on the essential elements more easily. * Blind Users Profile (Screen-readers): this profile adjusts the website to be compatible with screen-readers such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack. A screen-reader is installed on the blind user’s computer, and this site is compatible with it. * Keyboard Navigation Profile (Motor-Impaired): this profile enables motor-impaired persons to operate the website using the keyboard Tab, Shift+Tab, and the Enter keys. Users can also use shortcuts such as “M” (menus), “H” (headings), “F” (forms), “B” (buttons), and “G” (graphics) to jump to specific elements. Additional UI, design, and readability adjustments 1. Font adjustments – users can increase and decrease its size, change its family (type), adjust the spacing, alignment, line height, and more. 2. Color adjustments – users can select various color contrast profiles such as light, dark, inverted, and monochrome. Additionally, users can swap color schemes of titles, texts, and backgrounds with over seven different coloring options. 3. Animations – epileptic users can stop all running animations with the click of a button. Animations controlled by the interface include videos, GIFs, and CSS flashing transitions. 4. Content highlighting – users can choose to emphasize essential elements such as links and titles. They can also choose to highlight focused or hovered elements only. 5. Audio muting – users with hearing devices may experience headaches or other issues due to automatic audio playing. This option lets users mute the entire website instantly. 6. Cognitive disorders – we utilize a search engine linked to Wikipedia and Wiktionary, allowing people with cognitive disorders to decipher meanings of phrases, initials, slang, and others. 7. Additional functions – we allow users to change cursor color and size, use a printing mode, enable a virtual keyboard, and many other functions. Assistive technology and browser compatibility We aim to support as many browsers and assistive technologies as possible, so our users can choose the best fitting tools for them, with as few limitations as possible. Therefore, we have worked very hard to be able to support all major systems that comprise over 95% of the user market share, including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Opera and Microsoft Edge, JAWS, and NVDA (screen readers), both for Windows and MAC users. Notes, comments, and feedback Despite our very best efforts to allow anybody to adjust the website to their needs, there may still be pages or sections that are not fully accessible, are in the process of becoming accessible, or are lacking an adequate technological solution to make them accessible. Still, we are continually improving our accessibility, adding, updating, improving its options and features, and developing and adopting new technologies. All this is meant to reach the optimal level of accessibility following technological advancements.
