QUESTIONS & ANWSERS


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders shipped with Outvio are usually delivered within 48h to 72h
worldwide. In some cases an extra day or two may be needed due to customs
processes and/or larger than usual volume of shipments (this usually happens
during Black Friday, Christmas or the sales season), or if the delivery address
is situated in a remote location.


HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can follow the exact progress of your delivery on the map above. By clicking
the "Shipment details" button you will be able to also see the exact details of
each step along the way.


WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

Even though delays are rare, they can happen. Most of them are due to higher
than usual volume of shipments being processed by the courier. In 99% of the
cases your delayed order will arrive within 2 days of the initial expected
delivery date with no necessary action needed from your side. In case you do not
receive your order after allowing an extra 2 days for your delivery you can get
in touch with your online store or directly with the courier through the contact
below: for Zeleris/DHL Express shipments (get in touch with your local DHL
Express office here: https://dgfstationfinder.dhl.com/) and for Correos Express
shipments (902 1 22 333). If there has been really a problem, we will show it
right here on this page.
