INDUSTRIAL WOVEN WIRE MESH PRODUCTS

Our manufacturing capabilities of “Pre-Crimped” industrial woven wire mesh
products is extensive. Specializing in coarse pre-crimped wire mesh from 8 mesh
to 6” clear opening, the combinations of wire spacing, crimp style, raw
material, and wire diameter is nearly limitless. Weaving widths of up to 120”,
we offer “Woven to size” capabilities in either sheets or rolls.

Our product page displays detailed technical information with the ability to
sort through the individual wire mesh specifications to help identify the right
mesh for your needs. Please keep in mind that we can manufacture many additional
mesh configurations than what is on the list. Please contact our sales
department and we will be happy to help you. In house tool making allows us to
create a mesh specification that does not yet exist typically within only a few
days.

needs. Our selected inventory of wire comes from vendors that always meet our
high standards of quality and consistency. Every production run records and uses
materials that are inspected and certified prior to manufacturing. Wire mill
certificates of compliance are always available upon request, free of charge.

All of the products we manufacture are in a bare, mill-finished condition.
Secondary finishes may sometimes be desired to protect the mesh or to enhance a
desired performance or aesthetic. We can facilitate the process of secondary
finishes such as powder coating and plating if required.




SEE HOW WOVEN WIRE MESH IS MADE

Curious about how wire mesh is manufactured on a loom? The video on the left
demonstrates how pre-crimped wire mesh is woven on both an automated and manual
loom.

Individual lengths of wires are sent through a crimper to establish both warp
wires (Long wires) and fill wires (Cross wires). The warp wires are individually
positioned through the loom’s heddle frames. The heddle frames provide the
movement that creates the “Shed” in which a cross wire will be inserted manually
or automatically. Once the cross wire is in position, the loom’s sleigh will
force it into the next available crimp pocket on the warp wires. Then, the
heddle frames will reposition creating the “Over/Under” sequence.
