Dermalogica is seeking a Sales Coordinator We are searching for a full-time Sales Coordinator role based in our head office and reporting to the Director of Sales. This role has a particular emphasis in building and maintaining a relationship with Regional Managers, Business Consultants and their customer accounts to create a bespoke experience resulting in high yield sales. The scope of this position includes regular customer service duties to support the customer service team and ensure we always give outstanding service to consumers, skin centers and our internal team. Customer service at Dermalogica is not just about troubleshooting, it is about delighting people and empowering them to succeed in their shopping experience. Role Responsibilities: Sales Coordinator Duties: * Works closely with Sales Director and Regional Managers to provide administrative support for the professional sales team * Be in frequent contact with Business Consultants to ensure all account needs & requests are met such as sample requests, adjustments, and meetings * Owns ongoing sales boosting projects for Sales team e.g. analysis of key metrics and contests * Coordinates with other departments the resources for use by sales team such as lead packs, toolkits * Updates customer information when changes occur internally or externally such as address changes and direct ship lists * Be the ‘go-to’ person for sales team enquiries regarding internal processes and updates * Organizes sales meeting details such as travel and events * In collaboration with RSM’s coordinates on boarding of new hires to ensure consistency and quality Customer Service Duties: * Recommends opportunities for sales team by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs and creates reports * Works effectively with all departments, co-workers, customers, and others by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner; listening to and objectively considering ideas and suggestions from others. * Responds to Account/Consumer/Staff inquiries promptly and within a 24-hour business period. * Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. * Contacts accounts via outbound calling and email to determine order needs and opportunities on an as needs basis * Creates Return Merchandise Authorizations (MRAs) when required Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience * Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, with 1 year customer service experience preferred. * Post-secondary education in Marketing, Sales, and/or Communications is an asset. * Demonstrated ability in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and Word. * Additional knowledge of BamBoom Cloud an asset. * Professional phone skills * Demonstrated sales skills * Conflict resolution * Multi-tasking * Strong attention to detail * Good organization skills * Strong Customer Service orientation * Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently * Able to work well under pressure * Excellent communication skills * Sound problem solving abilities * Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment * High integrity – acts (and ensures others act) in accordance with Company Principles and ethical standards of professional conduct; refuses to violate ethical standards or condone violations by others We offer the following perks & benefits: Hybrid office work schedule, extensive wellness benefits on day one, a 5% Matching RSP Program starting day one, parental leave subsidy benefits, subsidized gym membership, monthly product allocation, product and treatment discounts at our Flagship store locations and access to product launches and company social events!
