DOES COPPER SYNC WITH QUICKBOOKS OR OTHER ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE?



We don't need to sync with any accounting software. Our dedicated experts are
highly skilled in QuickBooks and other accounting platforms. As a full-service
accounting company, we handle your books comprehensively within your current
accounting software systems. If you're a new business, you can purchase
QuickBooks, Xero, or other bookkeeping software. We will manage your bookkeeping
within your accounts. If you’re switching from QuickBooks, we’ll use your
closing balances to continue your bookkeeping. If you're unsure about the
accuracy of your closing balances, we recommend speaking with one of our
Onboarding Specialists about catch up bookkeeping.

WHAT DOES MY BOOKKEEPER DO?



Your bookkeeper reconciles your accounts, categorizes your transactions, and
produces your financial statements. They also make adjustments to your books to
ensure they’re tax-compliant. Occasionally your bookkeeper might need your input
on things like categorizing a transaction properly, but we try our best to make
bookkeeping as hands-off as possible for you. You can also book a call with your
bookkeeper (or send them an email) whenever you’d like. There’s no extra fee or
hourly charges for support—we’re always happy to help you with bookkeeping and
your financial statements.

Yes! You can add any amount of catch up bookkeeping to an essential Copper plan,
and we'll get you caught up quickly. If you're several years behind on your
