We will work on the basic commands to sit, down, and to walk on a loose leash. Owners and their dogs will work on impulse control, self-control and a few fun tricks. Don’t expect it will happen overnight, but we expect owners to make the commitment for daily training. Shot records must be provided. PUPPY AND SMALL DOGS This is a 6 week class for puppies 2 to 6 months old and small toy pups under 1 year old. Introduction to the world of words, collars and leashes, movements and the things around us. We will be working within the guidelines of the AKC STAR PUPPY program. Shot records must be provided. AKC CANINE GOOD CITIZEN CLASS This is a 4 week class working on the requirements for the AKC CGC certificate. We will also be doing some tricks for the AKC Novice Trick Dog Title. The optional 5th class will be the official CGC Test and Trick Dog Evaluation. Shot records must be provided.
