Groups that require multiple rooms often book through our Guest Experience Team.
To reach our Guest Experience Team, you can call us at (312) 515-8972 or email
us at Chicago@TheEscapeGame.com. You can also visit our Large Groups page to
learn more or to submit a form for our Guest Experience team.

Larger groups can also book themselves using the online booking platform on this
page. You’ll book one game at a time. All of our games hold up to 8 players. The
game capacity for each game is listed below within the online booking platform.

FAQ Highlights

What’s your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans change, so reservations can be cancelled up to 48 hours
before your game for a full refund! Give us a call and we will be happy to
assist you. We can reschedule games up to 4 hours before your reservation time.
Within 4 hours of the start time, the game is not transferable and non
refundable.

How do I book using a gift card?

Each gift card is valid for one player in one game. Your gift card will be used
to book your adventure, so make sure it’s handy when you make your reservation.
When booking online:


 * Select your game, date, and time. Each gift card has a unique 13-digit code.
   Enter this code in the “Have a promo code?” tab on the payment page.
 * Multiple gift cards cannot be applied to one reservation; please give us a
   call to book your game.
 * You’ll receive a confirmation email for each card you use.

If you are having any problems using your gift card(s), please call us and a
team member will be happy to assist you!

Are there age restrictions?

We recommend our games for ages 13 and up. We do allow younger players, but some
of the game content may be too difficult for them. A paying adult, 18 or older,
must participate with anyone that is 14 and under. Also, any participants under
the age of 18 will need an adult to sign their waiver.

Any child that is age 4 and under can come along with you and will be free of
charge. **Important**: please call us before making your reservation so that we
can add their spot to your reservation, due to each game having a maximum
capacity for space/players.

UPGRADE TO A PRIVATE EXPERIENCE

By default, we offer shared experiences. This means multiple groups can book
into the same adventure. If no other group has reserved your adventure, you will
be offered the option to block out the remaining spots at a 50% discount.

If you decide to bring more players than you purchased tickets for, just pay the
remaining 50% upon arrival!





SANITATION AND GUEST SAFETY

OF COURSE WE WANT TO HAVE THE BEST PUZZLES, MOST IMMERSIVE ENVIRONMENTS AND THE
BEST GUEST EXPERIENCE, BUT MORE IMPORTANT THAN EVEN THAT, IS HAVING THE SAFEST
ENTERTAINMENT EXPERIENCE ANYWHERE. HERE’S WHAT WE ARE DOING TO GIVE OUR GUESTS
THE SAFEST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE.

DISINFECTING BETWEEN EACH GAME

We disinfect between each and every game. We will be disinfecting common areas
like our lobbies between every cycle of games.

GAME ADJUSTMENTS

We’ve made small adjustments to some of our games to avoid high-touch elements
and minimize contact.

MISTING WITH DISINFECTANT

We mist all of our spaces with medical-grade disinfectant. Environmental
disinfecting ensures that every single surface is sanitized.

HOW DO I BOOK AND WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

BOOKING

 * Book here! Start by choosing your adventure! you can browse games by time or
   availability.
 * Rather book over the phone? Call (312) 453-7753
 * After booking, you’ll receive an email confirmation with all the info you
   need to prepare for your game.
 * Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check in and meet your Game Guide.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

 1. Once you arrive, each member of your party will check in.
 2. When your game is ready, you’ll meet your Game Guide and enter your
    adventure!
 3. Your game begins with a quick video to brief you on your mission and cover
    some basic guidelines.
 4. After that, it’s up to you to work together and complete your mission in
    under 60 minutes!
 5. Your Game Guide will be available at all times throughout you adventure.
