SHIPPING POLICY

We work with large-scale, experienced third party fulfillment partners already
for our sister company. We will charge shipping costs before fulfillment once
Naya Create is close to ready. We do not charge or pay duties for Non-EU
Customers, but will declare a reasonable value on the shipping invoice. 

How will this work?

After the campaign ends, and before we start fulfillment we will contact each
backer through email to confirm the order matching between Kickstarter and
naya.tech, your final address, and any other shipping related information we
need to ship your rewards.

Afterwards, you will receive a payment link from us to pay for shipping charges
to your location. We aim to offer shipping option selection in this process so
you can make your own choice about the shipping service, especially to more
remote destinations.

Here are a list of shipping cost estimates by regions based on quotes from our
fulfillment partners. We are committed to keeping these estimates as a maximum,
or reducing them where possible.

United States

25 USD shipping cost with 2-5 day transit time. Based on our setup, we expect no
duties or taxes on your side. Shipments to remote areas within the US, like
Alaska or Hawai may have a slower transit time or a higher shipping cost of up
to 20 USD.

Canada

35 USD shipping cost with 4-7 day transit time. There may be import duties or
taxes charged. Shipments to remote areas may have a slower transit time or a
reasonably higher shipping cost.

European Union

25 EUR shipping cost with 2-5 day transit time. As part of the shipping charge
process, we will also need to charge VAT on your rewards. VAT for your add-ons
purchased on naya.tech is charged at checkout. We will ship from a warehouse
within the EU, meaning there will be no surprise VAT charges before you receive
your product.

United Kingdom, Norway

29 EUR shipping cost with 2-5 day transit time. There may be import duties or
taxes charged.

Brazil, South Korea, Mexico

49 USD shipping costs, 2-5 day transit time. If the backer volume from your
region is high enough, we will explore working with local partners for
fulfillment. Any savings we make on the shipping cost will be reflected in a
LOWER shipping charge later. There may be import duties or taxes charged.

Japan, Taiwan, Australia, India

59 USD shipping costs, 2-5 day transit time. If the backer volume from your
region is high enough, we will explore working with local partners for
fulfillment. Any savings we make on the shipping cost will be reflected in a
LOWER shipping charge later. There may be import duties or taxes charged. 

Shipping to remote areas within the regions listed above, like Alaska or Hawaii
in the US or other more remote countries may incur an additional surcharge of up
to 30 USD, or experience slower shipping times.
