IMPORTANT - This is a legitimate email sent on Wickes's behalf by the Company's
Share Plans Administrator, Equiniti Limited (Equiniti).

Wickes Share Incentive Plan (Free Share Award)

Dear Participant,

This email is to remind you that when participating in the Share Incentive Plan
(“SIP”) you will not receive paper annual statements. Details of your SIP shares
can be viewed online via the Equiniti Limited (“Equiniti”) Employee Share Plans
Portal (“ESP Portal”) or via the EQ Share Plans App – see details below.

You can see online a detailed breakdown of your SIP Shares that you hold
covering Free and Dividend Shares, plus the tax status of the shares including
the number of any shares that are Available (tax free) as well as the estimated
current value of your shares.

A Planner section, which shows how the tax status of your SIP Shares could
change over time, is also available. This is designed to help with planning your
future purchases, sales and transfers.

Dividend arrangements - Cash or Shares
You can also online review and amend your SIP dividend election on your Wickes
SIP Shares.


Please remember that the value of investments can fall as well as rise and there
are risks associated with holding investments all in one stock.


Online Access

Your SIP plan information is available on the Equiniti ESP Portal by clicking
here or via the new EQ Share Plan app which can be downloaded via the QR codes
below or by searching for ‘EQ Share Plans’ in the ‘App Store’ or ‘Play Store’.

You will need your National Insurance number and the password you created at
registration. If you have previously registered for the ESP Portal, you can use
the same login details to access the EQ Share Plan app.

If you have not used either the ESP Portal or EQ Share Plans App before, you
will need to register first as a new user and then activate your account by
following the steps below:
 1. Go to www.esp-portal.com/clients/wickes or download the Share Plans App (as
    described above) and select ‘Register’ from the ‘First time users’ area
    
 2. Enter your details as requested and complete the registration process
    
 3. Ensure you register using your work email address
    
 4. An Activation Code will be sent to your work email address by Equiniti
    within two hours. (If you register using a personal email address the
    Activation Code will be posted to your home address, which will take at
    least two working days)
    
 5. On receipt of the Activation Code you will need to return to the ESP Portal
    to complete the process and access your account.

The ESP Portal and EQ App will allow you to view details of your account as well
as any Free Shares and/or discretionary awards you may have.
